Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Atheer ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

Atheer is a personal podcast player. You may use it to subscribe to, stream, and manage podcasts for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
  • Use the app to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights

Third-party content

Atheer surfaces podcast content from third-party publishers via RSS feeds and the Podcast Index API. We do not own, endorse, or control that content. Podcast audio, artwork, and descriptions are the property of their respective creators.

Intellectual property

The Atheer app, name, and all original design elements are owned by the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Atheer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

App Store terms

Atheer is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
